Break a plateau!!!

Please help with some methods to break a plateau!!! I need some solid advice that will help me get out of it. Also will a completely natural detox help?

    I've only plateaued once and it was only for 2 weeks, so maybe I'm not the best person for this subject, lol.

    But... try increasing or decreasing your exercise. Or eat maintenance for a few days and then back to a deficit?

    On a usual day my meals would be sumthing like this:

    breakfast: 2 egg whites in the morn + 1 slice of multigrain toast

    lunch: grilled chicken +steamed vegetables

    2 snacks during the day: 1 fruit, nuts or yogurt

    dinner: grilled chicken/ fish + salad or vegetables.

    +1 protein shake

    I am doing Jillian Michaels 30DS every morning.

    please help!
