Ive never heard of Vi, but like others i use carnation breakfest. some mornings i'm really not up to eating a big meal, or if i'm in a rush. nothing to do with losing weight.

i so agree. i'm 5'9, and my weight should range between 130-170. on someone who is 5'3, 170 would be a bit high

everyone that I know that has done it logs it as circuit training, and it seems pretty accurate! today was my first day doing it and i almost died but it will be worth it in the end
