    I burned upwards of 300 calories, I weigh 199 and I'm 5'7''. I use a heart rate monitor.

    I'm not sure how many calories you burn I'd like to know that about the 30 day shred too. It is a very good work out tho. I was drenched in sweat. I wasn't very motivated to keep it up though so I stopped after a week. My hubby couldn't even finish one work out and he's skinnier than me! It's a good work out and will make you sweat! Enjoy!     everyone that I know that has done it logs it as circuit training, and it seems pretty accurate! today was my first day doing it and i almost died but it will be worth it in the end
