How do I creat a solid exercise routine?
I go to the gym 5 times a week, usually an hour each time. I don't do weight training yet, just machines. What's a good way to start a routine for times and machines etc without a personal trainer?

Starbucks Cake Pops

I have a knee injury, and I'm sick of being fat! I've gone back to counting calories, keeping them around 1200. I can't do much exercise because of my knee, so I've taken to walking. Anyone had great results just by walkind and eating right?

Weighing myself
What's the best way to weigh yourself...like time, condition etc. I weigh myself with no clothes on (haha) but during the day my weigh changes. Like there's no way I've gained 3 pounds in 4 hours!

Being sick and no appetite
I have strep and an incomig ear infection. Im not experiencing nausea or anything, but all I had today was a banana and ice cream because I didn't feel great. Does anyone else feel this way with non nausea related sicknesses?
