Gym Schedule

I'm going to start working out/taking classes at my university's gym.

I'm trying to make a summer gym schedule, then I'll make another one when school starts. What is your gym schedule and class times that you do?

    Mondays Spin 6p-7p:
    Every other Monday 8 AM or noon Sculpt
    Wed Spin 6p-7p:
    Thurs: 5:30p-6:30 Basic Training class
    Every other Thurs day off work- 8AM Sculpt
    Every other Saturday 8am Sculpt

    Tues HIIT
    Weds weights
    Thurs HIIT
    Friday weights
    Saturday HIIT
    Sunday rest

    Weight lifting sessions are 45-55 minutes
    HIIT is exactly 24 minutes (with cooldown)

    I reserve the right to substitute a longer steady-state cardio session instead of HIIT, and to do cardio on rest day depending weather, mood, and schedule.

    Mon-Wed-Fri: 7:00 pm: Elliptical Cardio for 45-60 minutes
    Tue- 6:00 pm: 60 minutes hot power vinyasa yoga
    Thurs- 7:30 pm: 60 minutes hot power vinyasa yoga
    Saturday - 10:00 am: 30 minutes cardio, 11:15 am: 60 minutes strength training class, 12:15 pm: 30 minutes abs class
    Sunday - rest day.

    Monday and Friday Aqua Aerobics from 9-10 (usually stay and do another half hour after that) wednesday beginner yoga 830-930 every other day lift weights for half hour. Depends on what time i have left or whenever i have free time i go for a walk, ride bike, or do some dance workouts on my Wii!

    I take 5:45 am classes on weekdays, sometimes 7pm class instead. Also I like 8am or 11am classes on week end. if I am not busy I will go on the weekend too. or better go for a run ...

    My "usual" is to run 4.5ish miles MWF, then do 10min of rowing following by 40 min of weightlifting on TR, and an hour of Zumba on Sat. One of my runs is often replaced with 45 min of HIIT. -- all this except the Zumba takes place at 5:30am, which is at 8:30am

    This varies some ... I might pick up an extra Zumba class or substitute a one mile run for the rowing, or do something totally off the wall occasionally ... but this is my bread and butter.
