I hear you on the "secret" binging! Sugar cravings are horrible! The first week of not doing any sugar binges is so hard, but actually, the cravings get less and less. I was doubtful, but they really do. And I let myself have a "treat", but not an entire night or day of "treats". I actually have to have any chocolate,…

Congrats on the breastfeeding. I too got back on here while bf to try to lose wieght, but ran into the same problem as you! I would not lose with the extra 500, but would get less milk if I lowered it enough to lose. Sadly, I ended up having to wait until I was done breastfeeding (baby was 6 mo, I can't make it further…

Ok, avoid refined sugars, good to eat natural sugar in fruit and stuff. I was surprised to find that my favorite yogurit, (light n fit) that is only 80 cals, has lots of sugar. NO more of that! Thanks!

I like the name! Starting Weight....yeah right... Weight I want to lose: 18 lbs I have 4 children and I need to lose the rest of this baby weight...even though she is 2...:blushing:

I have been eating my exercise calories...just thinking that if I upped my cals to 1500 or so, then added in 300 more seems like a lot.

Hi, Ive been on here before, but I am starting back up after the holidays. First week went great, I wanted to boost myself to start, I started with 1200 cals and I burned 300 cals a day on my treadmill and aimed for losing 1.8 lbs per week according to MFP. I lost 4 lbs to start last week. So I wanted to do one more week…

I think you should, because if it turns out that you are hypoglycemic or diabetic, it would be an entirely different nutrition plan for you. It could damage your body if you are and you don't do anything about it, or eat the wrong foods.

So I am a major chocolate and dessert fan, so I need to find some good low cal recipes to use. I already use fat free yogurt instead of oil or butter in some of mine to tweak them, but do you have any tried and true good low cal recipes for some goodies? Thanks!:flowerforyou:

Here I am! Thanks Fitness Chick! Stay at home mom of 4, ages 8, 6, 4, and 2. Have lost 10 lbs after baby and need to lose 20 more. I love running and listening to my ipod! Maniac from Flashdance has become a good friend during rough parts of a run! I got a new treadmill from Santa and I love it! I can stay home and workout…

I am kinda embarrassed to admit this, but, Maniac from Flashdance is one of my favorite running songs! :blushing:

Hello everyone! I am a 30 year old stay at home mother of 4 who would like to make a little support group of other stay at home mom's on the mission of becoming healthier and fit. Once in a crowded checkout line and me not looking my best, the checkout lady kept saying how much I looked like Christina Applegate. (I sooo do not, I wish!) Anyways, she kept saying it and looking at the other customers for their aggreement and they were looking me up and down and hesitantly agreeing to be nice and I was…

[ I didn't say cured, I said recovered. And yes, some of these children can recover. With therapy and lots of love, each child and grow to their true potential. If that is to be eventually tested out of the spectrum, then they will be. Never lose hope or become bitter. I was going to ignore this, but I couldn't.

I can't believe I found this! I LOVE chocolate souffle's, but haven't had one for a while due to the fat and cals. I found this while desperately trying to find a low cal one today, and I am going to make tonight! http://www.find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=226788 It is from…

This certainly caught my eye. My son was diagnosed at 2 years old as well. He is 3 1/2 now and doing so well. There is so much out there now in regards for treatment for autism. First of all, tell her that you are so proud of her for knowing that something was not right with her child and getting the proper diagnosis,…

Ok so I mixed a can of diet pepsi with a chocolate cake mix. I am very excited about this one!! I have the calories figured, but how much is a serving? Not in grams either...like how big of a piece can I have in an 8x8 pan? Thanks!!:embarassed:
-
So after lunch I am over my protien allowance by 10 grams (due to a protein shake in the morning), is too much protien bad? Can I have more for dinner? Kinda hard not to.

Wow Tam! You are beautiful and so is your family. What are you doing besides the calorie tracker to do so well? Please share!
