This might not be what you are wanting to hear, but only your Mom can change. If she doesn't have that want, or drive, nothing you do will make it happen. I just want you to make sure that you are living for you, and you are going to be happy and healthy even if she chooses not to. You can be there and support, but you…

Fast version: upload to photobucket, copy the IMG link, then paste onto your reply. Then you have to change the IMG to img (lowercase) for some reason I have no real idea why, but that is the only way it works. There should be one in the front of the link, and one at the end. So change both to lowercase.

Lost and maintaining a 67 lb loss is amazing! My pic is on this thread, and even though I lost 50 lbs, it isn't as obvious as a change as some of the other amazing mom's on here. What exactly are you sad about? Do you like the way you look? I lost my weight, and didn't need to lose anymore, but I am still working on things…

Where can u buy the body fortress protein powder?

Very cool! I will have to try that!

Hi, mother of 5, ages 11, 10, 7, 5, and 2. First pic I was around 175, last pic is of me at 136 lbs. I am 5'8. MFP and Turbofire worked wonders. Still working on the mummy tummy, and am on my second round of Turbofire.
-
That was the greatest gift you could have given yourself. Your self worth. It isn't vain to want those things for ourselves. How healthy to be able to view our bodies in the mirror and smile. Great, great job. After losing the weight, I still find things wrong with my body, and I need to have your attitude more often.

Yes, eat your exercise cals!! If you burn like 600, a huge amount, (which really I think we have to be careful that we don't over think how many calories we burned), I think half would be fine, just make sure that net doesn't go below 1200. 1200-600 equals you eating only 600 calories that day. I so tried the lowest…
-
Thanks Everyone! Keep logging your foods and eat your exercise calories and do not go below 1200 calories for your net, it just hampers your progress, I promise. Keep it up!
-
You look great! I have a small amount of belly fat left that I would like to know as well how to get rid of it.

I am starting up again after having chronic UTI's and IBS-C for the last 6 months. Something new for me; not to feel good for so long. I was super fit, and I actually lost more weight being ill, but I have lost muscle because of it. Now I am starting up again, and I can sure tell my muscle is down. I am thinner, but not…

Last week was my first week and I lost 2 lbs after I'd been fighting a plateau! I lost an inch on my waist as well. I have the 55 ez today! An hour of Turbofire! I'd better make sure my baby is going to have a long nap when I do it! I weigh in on Sundays.
-
Sundays are my day off as well, but I just do the normal week, skip the wed rest day and rest on Sunday. I am just doing Turbofire right now; it is my first beachbody workout! I would love to do the hybrid with the Chalean Extreme after this run. I measure and weigh once a week, usually on Sundays. Awesome to have found…

Ok, I am here! I am on week 2 day 2! I did the Fire 45 for the first time yesterday. Oh. My. Gosh. But I did it! Today was the HIIT 20. I love those.
-
I took a day off last time, but I am wanting to workout next time to see if it helps! I soooo don't want to on a heavy day, but I will see how it goes!
-
I have read some posts about hybrids...do you have to buy both then? And you just tailor the workouts of both? Maybe after I go through a round of one I will look into that...

I had the same thing! I even upped my workouts and tried upping my cals from 1200 to 1350 to see if I was too low! So for the second week in a row, I lost nothing! And I worked hard! I feel you! (I did take my measurements, and I did lose an inch on my waist, but I still think in 2 weeks, I should have lost something!) I…

Hi, Mom of 5 here! Just had my 5th a year ago, and losing that baby weight again! I lost most of it last time on this site! It works, and make sure you read the posts for the newbies on how everything works! It helps!
-
Thanks, it is good to know that others get the same way. I will try a protein bar or 1/2 my shake before I work out and maybe do my warmup and stretch while it settles a little. Thanks so much!
-
So with my stats, would you say that 1450 calories a day (not counting exercise calories) would be a healthy way to lose 1 lb a week? I still plan on sticking with my exercise plan, even upping it. I am at 1360 now.
-
Thats awesome. I can't wait to get back to my before babies size!
-
Haha, maybe its aiming for those ready to binge after a long day of dieting?
-
Thanks everyone! I think I will give it a try, treadmill is working so far, but I think it is important to keep building muscle so I can more efficiently burn fat even when resting.
-
This is the best site ever! I lost all my baby weight before I got pregnant (again) and now I am doing it one last time! This will work for you, and I know that the community is very helpful and supportive.

Hi, I am a mother of 5, ages 10-1. I have lost 20 lbs from this site before, and here I am again after my last baby! It seems that whenever I have lost the baby weight, I get pregnant again! Well, no more! I am excited to lose this weight one more time and not get pregnant ever again! Its going well, and starting to really…

I am so going to do that after I am done! 5 kids doesn't help the tummy skin either :(. I read that some people have an epidural and sedation as their anesthetic, I think I want to try that instead of being put under. Sounds exciting! I would love to see before and after too!

I also do the incline 5-6 and around 3.5. I have my music set and go with whatever beat my workout songs have. I also have my hand weights handy and if I get super stoked with a great song, I lift my hand weights for an extra calorie boost. I am so glad I can treadmill alone downstairs, because if someone came in and saw…

I just put a new one on mine that really gets me moving...Firework by Katy Perry...awesome!
