I agree, logging my food has allowed me to see what I am doing to myself by eating for comfort. It is amazing how quickly the numbers add up. It doesnt really help with fat loss, but I use one a lot when working out and it seems to help a lot with water weight. It doesnt make the workout harder, just sweat more like the sauna.

I like Dannon Oikios the best all the flavors, its not quiet as tangy as some of the others I have tried, Chobani is my next fav, the black cherry is really good!!
