    I did 60 minutes yesterday, but after work and 1st grade orientation I was too wiped to do Turbo Jam "Fat Blasters" after bedtime as I originally intended and collapsed on the bed instead. Only 1 point for me. :(

    HOWEVER, I'm totally on track to get 2 water points today!

    oohhh good point! im usually okay on carbs, but im watching my sodium intake LIKE A HAWK today. i dont want to give my body ANY more reason to hang onto water when i get on the scale tomorrow. im already nervous because its supposed to be TOM week. :(
