i HAVE A REAL PROBLEM WITH EVENING EATING TOO!! THE MORNING ARE FINE LOTS OF WILL POWER BUT IT ALL GOES OUT THE WINDOW WHEN THE SUN STARTS SETTING..

great question .. i would lve to know what others are eating that is healthy and cheap. Sometimes i google cheap recipes or 5 ingrediant recipes and find a few good ones.:smile:

I haven't tried wii fit either but wii active is great.

Congratulations !!!! That is a great new outlook.. I started this process thinking I would lose 75 lbs in a year..that did not happen... but I've lost 57lbs and will just stick it out till all 75 lbs are off for good.

how much water are you drinking? Water always helps to fill me up.. 8-16 ounces before a meal and 8-16 ounces after..

I have same nite time over eating problem... It is frustrating .. Hope someone has an answer for us..

I've lost 20 and can't tell a difference except on the scale.. But I'm not stopping.. don't give up.. it will be apparent soon.
