    I am in a group, though I'm not the creator so I'm not sure if it's okay to give you the name and password. I'll send her a message and ask though. I'm on a rest day today; the next workout is 7. I'm going to do a trainer-generated workout tonight. I'm sort of addicted to it now. lol
