I'm not a "true vegan" I still eat burgers and pizza and fish occasionally. Maybe 3 times a month but for the most part my daily food consist of lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. I like to make a kind of stir fry with it. Kale, spinach, onion, mushrooms, garlic, a little sesame oil with rice noodles. Sooo good.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem. I weighed myself yesterday and was up 2 lbs... Then I got my period today and I bloat bad. So I guess that explains the weight gain.

I need help motivating myself to get up and exercise. I go to work at 8 a.m. and it's hard for me to get up early enough to do a morning exercise and when I get off work, I'm tired and I dont feel like exercising. If anyone has some tips, I would love to hear them :heart: :wink:
