I would say wait until you actually start the classes. Right now (or when you go on vacation) you'll be eating at TDEE, right? That's still factoring you aren't doing those additional classes. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I had the same thing happen when I started. I'm in the push phase now and so hungry it's ridiculous!
