hi everyone and congrats!!!! Just had a positive pregnancy test a few days ago and have my first appt on thursday...I am so excited!!! According to me, my EDD should be November 15, 2012. I have a little boy who turned two last week :)

i love sunflower seeds...i based it on how many servings are in the bag and then weigh all of the seeds in the bag to figure out what a portion is...i think it's about 30 g for half of a serving (95 calories) for the david's ones...at least that's what i've been counting it as :)

We like the veggie corn dogs too! I don't know if I would say that it tastes quite like the real thing, but it's still a yummy treat :) It's 150 for 1 of them...according to what i entered on mfp, it's 3g of fat per corndog...

welcome! don't think of it as such a big number...it does get very daunting that way... think of it as just making better choices each day to be healthier and the weight will come off! one day at a time!

i add grated zucchini every time i make meatloaf or meatballs...don't even taste it and it's a way to add more veggies :) also, make roasted zucchini by baking it in the oven with seasonings...

sorry for the lack of details, but a tasty snack or side dish is baked spinach chips.... toss spinach leaves with a little bit of olive oil and garlic powder and then bake at a high temp (@425) until crispy (can use other seasonings, such as kosher salt, onion powder, etc as desired)
