i normally do very light exercise, this tends to be because i work full time (i also have an under active thyroid which makes me rather tired as well)
i normally just try and walk more, or go on the Wii, but i have just found my dumbbells and want to try and include them in my exercise so i can use them daily
is there any specific way i should be using them? or any exercises that i could include them in that would benefit other parts of my body not just my arms.
thanks:)

you should check out jillian michael's 30 day shred (we checked it out of the library) even if you don't do the whole workout, you can learn some moves...part of her whole point is combining moves so that you are working out a big muscle group and a small one at the same time, not just working out your arms with the dumbbells0

If you like doing you walking excercise then include them. You can do arm lifts or arm crunches while walking. Easy enough and goodluck0
