help!:)

Options
i normally do very light exercise, this tends to be because i work full time (i also have an under active thyroid which makes me rather tired as well)
i normally just try and walk more, or go on the Wii, but i have just found my dumbbells and want to try and include them in my exercise so i can use them daily :)

is there any specific way i should be using them? or any exercises that i could include them in that would benefit other parts of my body not just my arms.
