i am 5'11" and weigh 178lbs. I am trying to lose another 20lbs or so. I was 156lbs just a couple of years ago and looked pretty good though I needed to do some toning.

I am curious to know the answer to that also as I lost 14lbs before starting MFP.

I walk on the treadmill for 3 minutes at 3.5 mph.. 4.5 mph for 42 minutes..and 4.0 mph for 2 minutes which equals an average of 425 per session. Everyone I have spoke with says this is pretty close to what a heart monitor would say. IDK that for a fact though.

I have the same issue. I am asleep before my head hits the pillow but I wake up every night about 4-5 hours later feeling like I have slept all night. If I get up I am tired all day, if I try to go back to sleep I just cat nap here and there until the alarm goes off. But I must say cat napping makes me feel better than…

You are not any different then the rest of us. Somewhere along our journey we all run into a body part that is not cooperating as much as the others. We just have to continue "doing our thing" and watch for the change. Good luck in your journey!!
