It looks crazy! You do each one 8 times, right? I first thought he wanted 1 rep of each one and then repeat 8 times. Now I think I'm confused.0

Then rest 90 seconds, then repeat "circuit" 4 times.
This is very similar to how a workout in Crossfit would be. Your heart rate will be through the roof!0 -
