I switched to it almost 2 weeks ago and I have lost 3lbs ! I wasn't losing anything before, I was on a plateau for 4 weeks, so I am very happy :) I was on 1400 and quite hungry, to now 1700 and satisfied, also upped my protein, too ! I am so so happy I found this post, it has really helped me understand.

I have Wahoo Fitness HRM. It connects to my iPhone via BlueTooth and its fantastic ! I strap my phone to my arm (if running) and away it works :)

MASSIVE WELL DONE !! If that's your baby, I know how hard it is to lose the baby weight. It's a stubborn old bugger to get rid of ! But you look fabulous :)

Wish I was losing 1lb a day, I would be done in less than 2 weeks to hit my target :wink: I lost 7lbs in the first week when I started, too, as I had never really done any exercise in my life, and I had a 3 month old baby to look after. It is now harder than ever, those 10lbs are biatches !

My partner took a video of me with our 4 month old son, and I just had this horrible bulge like a tyre, around my tummy. Yes I should have typed it in before I posted, I didn't think ! They all sound very tasty, I will have a shop tomorrow, but I live in the UK and so I will have to look around the supermarkets as we don't have Walmarts, or at least I don't think we do. Thank you for your suggestions. :happy:

I definitely cannot devote my life to it, I have a family to take care of, but you have been very helpful and put things into perspective for me. I shall ask a PT tomorrow for some guidance before I do anything on my own.

Thank you for your responses. I am not sure on half of those exercises so I will YouTube them and find out, or I shall ask a Personal Trainer at the gym. Judging by the profile pictures, I shall be toned greatly ! :)

I've lost (altogether) 17lbs and went from a UK size 12 to now an 8-10, depending where I shop, which doesn't help :grumble:

Working out everyday made me go a bit insane and made me unwell. I had to stop and cut it down to 3 times and now I am fine. I was eating and drinking enough, but I think I over worked my body.
