Again, excellent post. I think about your words of wisdom as I *try* to eat more cals as I work out. I have to remember that I am feeding my body as an athlete would and need to eat accordingly.0

soo jealous of your abs ! I want to be 126, too, very well done on getting there, not that there was anything wrong with you in the first place because you look fab ! :happy:0

Thanks!
As a runner, I know that "slow and steady" doesn't REALLY win racesbut it still gives you amazing results. And you enjoy yourself along the way.

Well done! I have lost 4.5 pounds over about 2 weeks, and I am stoked with the differences I am starting to see already. Sometimes it's not about the numbers, but how we look and feel about ourselves!0

I realized tonight, that one year ago this weekend, I was at a friend's birthday party, and had a full length picture taken. When I saw it on FB the next day, I was gutted. "That's me?!"
So tonight, after dinner with the hubs (Smokey Bones... YUM!), we snapped new picture, since I was wearing my new skinny jeans and felt pretty hot. And I had the exact opposite, "That's me?!" reaction.
I'm really in shock. I know logically I've lost. I know I look better. I know I feel better. But somehow, in the mirror, I don't get the full impact of just how much smaller I am.
This also reinforces my decision to not lose any more weight.0
