Totally worth it- cookie dough and banana nut muffin are amazing. Cinnamon roll tastes a little artificial to me. Peanut butter is good too. Peanut butter and jelly is also amazing! Banana but muffin tastes like the real thing. I've also tried cinnamon bun- okay but not My favourite. Peanut butter supreme is also amazing! I struggle just to have one! Haha :-)

I think parents form our habits from an early age. I miss my gym. im at home atm and i live in the middle of nowhere. its nice and all but i miss the smell of weights and and sweat. i do exercise at home though!

Great way to sneak veg in is to make a soup and then use a blender to make a "cream". I do often! Use some chicken stock, throw in some frozen peas, bit of onion and some mushrooms. cook it all, once cooked blend it all together. i find the creamy texture comforting and definitely filling. you can season however you like-…

Just stick with it... After a while it becomes a habit and it's not that difficult... Plus make sure your house is warm when you wake up- ie heating on a timer as there is nothing worse than getting out of a warm bed into Freezing cold

my dont worry about this,. we all slip.. like yesterday i almost ate 3000 kcal.. im only meant to be eating around 1200-1300.. **** it. **** happens. most important is that you dont let one day turn into two days , then a week, month and so on... forget. new day, new meal plan. hit the gym and end of story.
