I think that maybe you should go see your doctor and enquire about speaking to a psychiatrist to help you deal with your emotional issues which you are covering up by eating? In 7 weeks time I would like to be 190 and a size 16 AT LEAST . I am currently 204 and wearing size 18s and I dont remember the last time I wore size 16 bottoms so that would be nice. I am going to London in 6 weeks for a friends birthday so would be a double bonus if I reached that goal by then :D

Majorly cut down on carbs, drink only water NO carbonated drinks or alcohol and have no more than 1200 cals a day! I lost 8lb in weeks 1 by doing that. - Natasha

Hey, I started 30ds today and I dont do much exercise! The first 5mins were hard but It got easier quickly. Dont firget its only 20mins so altho its tough keep reminding yourself its only 20mins of your whole day that you feel uncomfortable... That helped for me! Good Luck!!! It completely depends upon how big you were to start! The bigger your start weight is the less likely you are to see results straight away.
