    Well, it depends on how much you weigh and how much you need to lose, but I lost 13 lbs in about 3.5 weeks. 1200-ish cal diet, daily walks, lots of fruits and vegetables and lean protein, very little processed food.

    Try out the Dukan diet. A lot of the stuff I have read says that in the first week alone it is typical to lose about ten pounds. It is going to switch your diet to all protein for about a week. The book explains why its it works.

    Majorly cut down on carbs, drink only water NO carbonated drinks or alcohol and have no more than 1200 cals a day! I lost 8lb in weeks 1 by doing that.

    yeah i think everyone is right, stay away from the carbs try and eat as little as pos.
