My problem with people who just diet rather than diet + exercise. They get skinny but they are still skinny fat. Which means sure they are thin, but everything still jiggles cause it has no tone.

Hey Dia, Syncing by doing the install app is the only way I know. it didn't install an actual program that I remember. It just needed to verify your credentials for your myfitnesspal account.
