Its a girl thing, espcially if you have been working really hard to lose weight, an outfit is an worthwhile goal to shoot for. I think you are missing the point of the outfit itself. It not the outfit, as much as it is how she is going to feel in said outfit.:smile:

They do have really cute clothes and even though I can now fit into them, I have a really difficult time justifying a purchase of 1 pair of work out pants for $110 bucks. I buy Old Navy works out clothes, wick...look great much cheaper.

Hello, I would do different works out. If you are running 3/x a week set it up like this: 1. Run your distance workout at the pace you have been running 2. For half of your workout alternate sprint/jog. For Instance sprint 1 minute, jog at your pace 1 minute. Do this for 40 minutes total. 3. Hill repeats. Do a warmup mile.…

My kids at I laughing at anything. Swim work outs in the morning with the big kids. My 2 year old calling mama. Running, swimming and biking..not necessarily in that order When my husband and or my oldest daughter text me they love me My girlfriends and my mfp homies telling me I rock.

A 60 calorie tootsie pop or a bag of 100 calorie popcorn and lots of water sometimes works for me.
