It generally has a lot more than "some". I make my own wine, and a dry homemade wine is a LOT drier than a shop bought one. A very common recipe (for making wine from fruit juice - substitute in real fruit that you juice yourself if you like, but be aware you'll need to add more sugar) is a packet of yeast (winemakers…

Please excuse the squished up face I am pulling to see the angle. I am not there yet, but I have lost 17.9kg and am almost 2 thirds of the way to my goal weight! Started: 96kg Now: 78.2kg

Thanks so much all of you. I think I will see someone then, even if just to ease my mind.

Log your calories every day. Stay under goal. Exercise a couple times a week alongside (don't overdo it to start if you're not used to it)

Today I easily zipped up a dress that I hadn't been able to wear for 3 years! It's an 18 (UK) so I still have a way to go on my journey, but knowing that dress didn't use to fit me and now it does again feels fantastic.
-
No no no, you look younger! More bright and cheery too.

I lost 10kgs so far, since the beginning of October, and I think it's all gone from my face! Still 20kgs to gom but I am so pleased to be able to see a difference somewhere even if my clothes still seem to fit the same.

Weirdly, it's totally fine again today, and I feel like I could run on it. I might try but take it easy tomorrow, and see what happens.

Thank you, I never even considered the shoes. A couple years old, do likely worth changing them. I'll rest it properly for a while and buy new shoes and hope that helps.

Yesterday I ran for 1km without needing to stop and walk! I'm hoping 2-5 come quicker because it's taken me months to be here, but it's easier to run 10kg lighter too.

Thank you! I have made some huge changes - diet, no alcohol & started running all at once. but so far I am feeling so much better for it.

I am happy to. I need some buddying too. I want to lose at least a stone. Not sure really how much until I have got that far though.

I am going to try a tortilla pizza! Thanks!

Just me then!

One thing to remember is that what they tell you is your recommended intake of salt is hardly ever going to be accurate. he more you sweat, the more salt you lose, so the more you need. If you feel like you really want something salty, it's probably a good idea to add some extra salt.

I have that problem when I go out to eat. I think "Well, I've PAID for it now! There's no point throwing that away. I might as well eat it." I have gotten slightly better with it of late though. I try very hard to resist every instinct that tells me to clear my plate.

IDon;t put mayo in my tuna. I use vinegar instead. Just a little for taste. Then I find it's really nice with some tomato and pepper in a pitta bread, warmed in the oven for a few minutes.

I think you should take the photo so you can see them. If you really want to share then draw an outline on paint or somehting, and post that. But the pictures themselves only you see. You see how much you've lost, and nobody sees you, so you should both be happy.

Don;t apogise! Why and when did you move there then?

I am from Bridgwater, which is very close.

I could really do with some support too. Every time I lose a couple pounds I seem to put most of them on again. I rarely go past my calorie allowence, and even then not by much. I am being really careful, trying to exercise a bit more, and it just doesnt; seem liek it's working at the moment. I don;t want to go on about it…

Wow. It's so great that you can see such a difference with 7lbs! I am inspired. Well done.
