I'm 19, add me if you'd like! :)

I'm 5'4 and looking to lose approximately another 25lbs, hopefully a lot of it will be gone by New Years :P add me up if you'd like!

Add me! =)

Hmm, I don't monitor my fat as I usually have a low-fat diet which never goes over (huge carb/sugar junkie here). What I do monitor is carbs and protein, as well as iron because I was diagnosed with iron deficiency, sugar because my intake is usually significantly over and fiber for digestion. Hope that helps!
-
Yup, I'm doing something like that too except it's a new item of clothing for every kg lost :P
-
The protein powder sounds sensible, it would work in smoothies really well, and I think the calories/fat would be under regular milk with protein being over, now that sounds quite good xD

Your fat content looks perfectly fine, but the sugar seems to be somewhat high for one meal...Then again, natural sugars from fruits and milk usually don't count, but the scone may be a big high in sugar.
-
Yup, I'm thinking of moving onto almond now just because I'm a sugar junkie and my intake's usually through the roof...Do you drink it with coffee (that's where my milk mainly goes so I'm wondering if it tastes the same)?
-
I completely get that! I've also been falling off the bandwagon, with not exercising especially =( But at least we see it, so that's the first step in changing it :P Friend request sent =)

Hmm, I know what you mean about the taste of skim - it's fine in coffee, but it does come out if you're just drinking it by itself. Have you guys tried rice or soy milk (haven't tried either of those?)

One stone is 14 pounds I believe, correct me if I'm wrong =/ And feel free to add me up anyone, I'd love more motivation =)
-
Hello, I am not new here either but I am looking for some friends for additional motivation, friend request sent! Anyone else feel free to add me as well, we can do this!
-
Hey, good luck on starting your journey, you can do it! =) Feel free to add me if you're looking for support and weight loss buds :P
-
Hey, if you're exercising a lot and not drinking enough that can possibly cause water retention, as can not eating enough fiber. Just drink a lot of water for the next couple days, and see if that's any help?
-
I haven't been doing very well today, but I'm starting fresh in October, we can definitely do this!

Hi, I'm 18 and I'm looking to get rid of 10kgs and to start regularly working out! Feel free to add me =)
-
Hey, I am in the exact boat, and trying for a fresh start this month! =) Also been through the compulsive gain/loss pattern as well, and now I'm just looking for balance and control and some extra pounds off too :P
-
Wow, this is amazing - there's such a huge difference! Great job! :D

Peanut butter oh gosh a jar lasts me 3 days max =(
-
102 seems a bit low for 5'3 to be honest, that's at the very lowest range of healthy/borderline underweight...I think muscle tone would be a much healthier goal for you =)

Could you possibly say your height as a reference point? =)

Hey, one thing I find that's great for locker snacks is nuts like almonds or cashews, or maybe some dried fruit as well, mix it up so you don't get bored =)
-
Maybe you underestimate your daily activity level? Other than that, maybe you were just born with a good metabolism :D
-
Your body will only lose weight if you burn more than you take in, so that's why you should eat less than your BMR. Your exercise calories are not accounted for in your BMR, so that's why you get to eat them back. But by eating 1360 every day, you lose weight even if you don't exercise. Hope that helped! =)

Skinny Cow and Chapmans both make very good low-cal ice cream/frozen yogurt in a low of different flavors =) try things like sugar-free jello or chocolate mousse as well, or strawberries dipped in chocolate?
-
I completely don't agree with this - not only is being concerned about your health something that should be encouraged in everyone, but a lot of the people you bash for trying to work off "some extra pasta" are struggling with issues that go a lot deeper than that, and need willpower, support and motivation just like those…

Beans, nuts, yogurt, skim milk, low-fat cottage cheese, and fish.

For breakfast, I like making a smoothie with fruits and skim milk, maybe some yogurt with fruit and granola or an egg white and veggie omelet. Quick-make oatmeal with apple and cinnamon is nice also. Hope that helps! =)
