Gradual Weight Loss Goals

As of today, I am 4'11" and I am 136.0 pounds. These are my goals.

2 pound weight loss: Paint my nails a new color.
4 pound weight loss: Buy a new expensive eyeliner.
6 pound weight loss: Skip homework for an entire day.
8 pound weight loss: Buy a new sexy bra/ panties.
10 pound weight loss: Dye my hair a new color.
12 pound weight loss: Buy 2 brand new pretty dresses.
14 pound weight loss: Wear a crop top with no tank top underneath.
16 pound weight loss: Buy a new pair of jeans over $50 dollars.
18 pound weight loss: Go skinny dipping somewhere.
20 pound weight loss: Congratulations-- You're officially thin. Do anything you want.

    LoL on the last one. For my 10 lb reward I did hair dye as well also cut my hair. Good luck! Good that you start slow. It's better that way. I'm short too at 5'1 so I know the feeling.:happy:

    Personally, the number on the scale is rewarding enough. I don't want to create a dependency on material goods for motivation. Besides, there is no better reward than good health.

    I'm 5'1" and I'm working on getting to 115 too. I let myself go longer (I started here at 147) but its been fun seeing the new lower numbers on the scale.

    And its true... Those lower numbers are the best reward!

    Not trying to discourage, but that's partly the reason why I don't want to depend on material goods for motivation.
