  • either i log or i dont the days i do log i log everything i eat and other days i dont log at all, sometimes i am just too busy, I do find the days i excersize i log and the days i dont i dont. i also get a bit obsessive about it, I usually eat mostly the same things so i know i am not over as i am doing low fat diet.

  • my diarys open i eat a lot of the same thing not much logged for the last week as i was on holiday and it was my birthday so havnt logged. i follow a low fat diet so my calories are sometimes over 1200 but i try to keep the fat way down.
  • i have porridge made with semi skiimmed milk and a little sqirt of maple syrup or whole meal toast i have heard that fruit for breakfast kick starts the metabolism perhaps have this as an addition as i find fruit not very filling. Cant beat porridge on a cold wet winter morning.
