I'm 5'2", 138lbs and I figured my calorie burn by comparing it to a 5MET activity, roughly 180 calories. At the higher levels, I bump it to 220 b/c I can tell I'm working harder, i.e. sweating and following the "badass" :)

I've done 3 days of level 1. It's definitely more challenging than 30DS. I was trying to be very cautious of my form for each exercise, but I still ended up straining a muscle in my back. OUCH!! I took today off for rest and will maybe take tomorrow. Be careful!!

My usual--A TALL glass of water and 2 ibuprofens the night before. A liter of gingerale and a nap the next day. On special (very drunk)occasions, nothing the night before and leftovers in the am. Last weekend it was red velvet cake and bloody mary's. :drinker:

Clarify "Olivia" method for me. I do measure my foods but not by weight, by amounts. I follow package directions to the "T" and look it up if I'm unsure. I do not use a HRM, but I do take my pulse and make sure I'm in the fat burning zone (or higher). Bottom line is, I did the math and I think I need to take more calories…
