    X2 Core - Not as bad as Total Body followed up by Ab Ripper X2 but you definitely feel it after it's over

    yesterday I ran for 38 minutes had a 5 minute warm up of walking and cool down went a total of 4 miles then i did some shuolder weight training.. Today I did a DVD of circuit traiing or intense step aerobics with upper body weigths.. for an hour the whole dvd was.

    20 minutes elliptical, followed by bench press, dumbell curls, ab twist machine, ab crunch machine. finish with 30 minutes on the spin bike. 65 minutes, 650 calories, 1 shirt completely soaked in sweat....

    About 45 minutes of polonaise, and then 15 minutes of waltz, and later today I had 90 minutes of team handball. In other words, a lot of cardio! :)
