Good luck to you guys. I'm also starting 30 DS on Monday after moving house this weekend. As long as the xbox gets unpacked as I use this for the DVD player.

Digital scales can give you an accurate reading. 1ml of water or milk weighs 1gram. Try it next time you make tea. Of course you can check the weight of the sugar like this too.

I tend to wander down to Tescos, grab either wraps or other flat breads, then visit the reduced counter and find some leftover meat from the deli. Put whatever you can find into the wrap, top it off with a splash of chili sauce and then finish it up with a bottle of water (Trying to avoid the fizzies) All for less than £4.…

Just for the crack I thought I'd give this a go.. (I haven't started making a real effort to exercise yet) I did them on my knees and managed 10, but damn do my shoulders feel pumped already.. lol 140 to go....

Make sure your scales are in exactly the same position every time you weigh yourself. The scales will give you a different reading if on carpet, tiles, or an uneven floor.
