Wow That is great Work ! My numbers are the same started @190 and want to get to 130 I have lost 37 so far but I am losing motovation and I am not losing for several weeks . what are you eating and what kind of exercises do you do? If you don't mind me asking:ohwell:

I did the 5 sets and maxed @ 25 no near the #'s you ladies are at but it is a start, I looked up a correct squat but I still think I am doing them wrong IDK it feels like I keep changing the way I am holding my back? I will try again 2 morrow!:yawn:
