Ok ladies I failed myself and you girls this week! Im 153, a yucky, ugly FAT GAIN! But I know I wasn't drinking all my water and I had some emotional eating but I need to be honest with myself and you ladies! I will do better now! Its a journey!

Hi Jayne Welcome! well ladies i weighed myself this am @ home its 150.2 BUT the scale @ work said 146! AHHHH! my home scale is digital (on even tile) and my work scale is old fashioned with the line that moves like a hand on a clock (on even tile) so now im not too sure what my weight really is!

im really going through a stressful, emotional time, i really want to work out and eat right but right now with so much going on its really difficult to focus... my fiance moved 2 hours away from me and my daughter so he could figure out what he really wants to do with his life, and he isnt my daughters dad so it really…

Im finally getting used to drinking all my water which for me is 2.5 liters Or 2.5 large smart waters, im still packing and moving boxes, and cook and clean at work 5 days a week so I think that's ok for exercise for the moment, im bringing salad to work everyday and im proud of that!

My weight thismorning was 153. After breakfast, which I know I never do so friday I will re weigh myself before I eat breakfast!

Ok my intermediate weight will be 137 please, I really hate that im always on MFP On my phone, when I zoom in to see the chart it always cuts half off. Anyway, im packing and moving this week and weekend SO that will be my exercise PLUS the cleaning and sweating I get in @ work!
