I have tried it before and lost 50 pounds. But you have to make it a lifestyle change or else the weight will creep back on like it did for me. I am actually starting it from tomorrow.

Add me! Sometimes we need encouragement and people to talk to to help us through the struggle. Eat healthy, smaller portions, and if u don't like exercising, try walking, its easy and it helps. #HappyWeightlossJourney

Me too. Lost 35 pounds. now that I have my last 10-15 pounds to lose, it jus seems like everything i do, i'm stuck. But I'm trying the healthy way and thats good. :-) And you're trying too so cheer up and add me.

i'm more comfortable when i'm happy with my body. i feel like i can wear anything and that people won't be staring at me for the wrong reasons. i feel like when someone look at me now, they see my face. i won't b the girl everyone used to refer to as "the big girl".

I am soooo stuck. I have been stuck for a year now. my ideal weight wud be 140 or 135. i have inly reach 145 but my weght keeps going up and down between 155 to 147. Sigh I am now 152. i seriously don;t kno what to do.

I just got an elliptical trainer. i love it. When i started i could only run for 15/20 minutes. Now i run for 60 minutes...trying to up it up to 90 minutes.

I have increased my colories intake to 1200 for the last 2 weeks, and gained 5 lbs. but i was told i will gain weight before i start losing. So now, I'm really increasing my exercise.
