I am in Ireland so your weather at the moment is much like ours most of the time!! SO it hasn't really affected me at all! I am hoping that summer hurrys up though - think its more motivating!0 -

I live in Britain so we always have "interesting" weather. I work out first thing in the morning so for me the most interesting weather-related thing at the moment is watching the dawn through the window while I sweat and puff, and noticing the effect that has on my mood.0 -

I'm following a combination of the DASH plan for reducing blood pressure, Dr Sandra Cabbot's plan for healing a fatty liver, and incorporating I.F. (Intermittent Fasting or 5:2 on Sundays and Thursdays 200 cal/day) .. and walking 3-5 miles/day + yoga + pilates stretching0 -
