    It's summer for me which is nicer than snow but the heat can be unbearable to go outside. I'll sweat even on a light walk!

    I will be visiting friends and relatives for two weeks in February in Ireland and during that time, it is a lot of eating and drinking with no exercise. I am trying to come up with a game plan to keep the eating and drinking in check while still having fun and minimize the gain while I am gone. Suggestions are appreciated!!

    Down 5 pounds- this past week was the hardest. Had a head cold, but still got up each am and worked out. Paid off.. down 1.5 pounds. YES!!

    Hi everyone, I'm new to this, so i hope I'm posting in the right place :/

    I've had my fitness pal for 2 months and lost 2lbs.

    I'm 24, 5"1" and 147 lbs I'm trying to lose 15lbs.

    I eat between 1200 and 1400 per day and burn around 150 calories a day with exercise but nothing is happening! I know I probably need to up the exercise but I would love some advice on what I'm doing wrong as I'm a complete novice thanks!

    I do walking since I'm a security officer and since that happens early morning it really cold, but it doesn't stop me..

    Managed to lose 3lb in January despite it being my birthday & my father-in-law's. here's hoping to get below 200!

    I live in fl so the weather the same most the time so it dosen't affect my workout at all.
