My hubby thought that Macy Gray's I Try was "I blow bubbles when you are not here." Actually it's "My world crumbles when you are not near." To this day we call it The Bubble Song.

Did it today like I said I would. Feeling pretty good and I think I'm going to do it tomorrow. Going to get to doing it every day and actually finish in (almost) 30 days. :laugh:

Wow! That's great! I'm scared about needing a tummy tuck and possible brachioplasty. I will also want my breasts lifted and evened out. I've heard that's all painful though. :frown: You are very inspirational!!

Please tell me I'm not the only one who is dying! I did the workout Thursday and haven't done it since. I'm planning to do it tomorrow but I've been too sore to do anything. It's bad. I know, no pain, no gain but this is ridiculous.

I just restarted 30DS and I'm sure I'm holding some water from that so I'm not too worried. And I'm still in Onderland. lol I'm still going to lose at least my 5 lbs! :happy:

I got one for Christmas and I love it! As far as calories goes, the diet flavors are zero and most of the regular flavors are 35 calories for 8 oz. So even that is less than store bought pop. I also like that the regular flavors use sugar instead of HFCS and the diet flavors use Splenda instead of aspartame.

You have a BMR which is the number of calories your body need JUST TO FUNCTION!
