    1 hard boiled egg, 1 hard boiled egg white, 1 tsp mayo, onion powder, s & p, and 5 mini keebler multigrain crackers. That was at 7:00 a.m. and now I need a snack! =0)

    2 scoops of protein powder mixed with water this morning while getting ready for work.

    At work;
    3 egg white omelet with bell pepper, tomato and onion
    2 slices of wheat toast with half a tablespoon of fresh grind natural peanut butter :)

    Egg sandwich (1 egg, 1 slice of american cheese and 2 slices of Udi's bread) and my morning coffee. I'm going to the gym soon and will have a berry smoothie (frozen mixed berries, vanilla soy milk, honey, cinnamon) before I go.

    2pieces of 50/50 bread (toasted) with a small layer of butter.

    Grab and go- hard boiled egg, part skim string cheese, and a handful of almonds. I'm figuring out that carbs set me up to be hungry all day so leaning toward a protein/healthy fat breakfast routine.
