This was my completely random/not really all that healthy breakfast:

    - sourdough roll (~150)
    - extra sharp cheddar cheese (80)
    - three slices of cucumber (~10)
    - two small leftover spinach raviolis (~90)
    - three chunks of watermelon (~50)
    - Blue Sky zero calorie energy drink (0)

around 400 calories total. I have no regrets. :P

3 Eggs (Omelette w/ Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Red Onions and Chicken Breast)
    2 Turkey Sausage

I haven't had chicken in my omelette's for a while now, but my Mom can get it for free from where she works so it's unlimited :D
I usually have Sugar and Salt Reduced Baked Beans, but I decided to go with the chicken. Wanted to get a bit more protein.

Not what I had today, cuz we are out of eggs, but...my usual is: 1 spear asparagus, chopped, 1/2 ounce roasted red pepper slices, 1/2 ounce roasted poblano pepper slices, sauteed in 1/2 T evoo, add 2 scrambled eggs, and cook, omelette style. Serve w/ 1 slice American cheese between 2 toaster waffles. Fairly quick, has the veggies and protein, super yummy, right around 450 calories, which is what I need to make sure I don't get stuck needing to eat 400 calories AFTER dinner. FYI, I usually net 1450 cals or so.

This sounds so good. lol. Waffles as bread, wow!

My local pool has school sessions morning and afternoon so the adult swim is between 12-1.30 so knowing I'd be out till gone 2pm I decided to eat later than breakfast would traditionally be and have a large brunch at about 11am. So I've had moussaka style mince with lots of veg in it with cous cous.
