Oatmeal with 1/2 gala apple sliced into it. My typical during the week breakfast0

3 scrambled egg whites
1 slice of bacon
1 Mission carb balance tortilla

Same every morning, 253 calories. The bacon is Hormel already cooked, really thin!0 -

two fiber one chocolate chip waffles with 1 tbsp of peanut butter! YUM! Carbs only in the morning so I make em good!0

walmart brand slim fast .. and no im not doing the diet .. :laugh:
its a good way to get that choc milk craving out the way and get some nutrients in .. plus i wasn't feeling much like eating food at the time0 -

Breakfast #2 - apple cinnamon walnut oatmeal from McD's. Not my norm, but I was on the road. 12 almonds when I got to work.0 -

8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
Then I got to school and a kid brought me a donut, damnit!!!!!! I ate the whole thing!0 -
