Me: Steel Cut Oats with molasses, honey, and half a banana

I eat some type of Kashi cereal. I love them and they fill me up until snack time!0

2 poached eggs
1 Wheat English Muffin
1 Slice of Borden reduced cal cheese

1/3 C blueberries, half banana, mini whole wheat bagel w/ 1 Tbs strawberry cream cheese = <300 calories0

1/4 cup of oatmeal with some almonds and a little brown sugar. 1 egg and 4 egg whites with a little salsa.0

1 slice wholegrain toast with a little marmite. Scrambled egg (one whole, one white) in 1 tsp olive oil with lots of pepper. Coffee with semi-skimmed milk.
Then I workout and have my 2nd breakfast of chocolate protein shake and a kiwi fruit.0 -
Oatmeal with strawberry preserves and agave.0

I had 3 egg whites with spinach and 1/2 tbsp of feta cheese mixed in...and a cup of coffee with chocolate protein powder mixed in. Yum!0

My usual breakfast is yogurt with homemade quince jelly, but I discovered this morning that my gf had finished the yogurt. So I had to settle for Kashi Go Lean Crunch (almond, honey, and flax variety) with unsweetened almond milk.0

LOL well...last day of April vacation with son so I had 2 blueberry pancakes with walnuts and maple syrup, 3 sausage links and a glass of SKIM milk
but I will consider it brunch and will not have lunch, or a very light lunch if I do have anything. It was yummy

A smoothie made from 1 banana, 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. Yum!!0

1/2 cup of skim milk to take vitamins etc with
1 cup of Oatmeal Squares cereal (dry)
2 hard boiled eggs
1 plum
now I'm having some coffee0 -
whole wheat bagel thin with light cream cheese & black raspberry fruit spread. and coffee...of course.0

frozen plums with a dash of splenda and 1/4 a cup of oats microwaved for 5 mins. It was like cobbler!0
