  • As I said I've been using it for a year. I don't care what you think about a product that has changed me that you've never tried. Lol It's cute that you think I do though ;) And bedside table kangaroo we could never be friends anyway. I'm cool though. Thanks. :)

  • You know those are illegal right? Do you even know what a pyramid scheme is?

  • It's sad that instead of trusting your friend about the product you came here to ask complete strangers about Thrive. Trust me these people have no clue. Most haven't used it and the others probably didn't listen to their friend and used it wrong. I'm just glad you're not my friend because you obviously aren't a very good…

  • Personally I can't stand the fad gfers. They make others think that they don't have to be safe with my food because they see it as a choice. Yep. A choice to not damage my body. And you can separate what from other glutens from wheat. It's barley and rye. Different. Lol
  • I started the All In challenge Wednesday too. Did anyone make a group yet?
  • I agree with you. I was just trying to find a group and there is no way to search. Kind of silly if you ask me.
  • Gluten free due to celiac. Diagnosed in June 2011. My diary is open. Feel free to add me. I do have to preface that I do not take kindly to gf fad dieters. I am gf because I have to be and I feel that fad dieters take away from the seriousness that those of us who really NEED to be gf. We deal with medical issues and get…
  • Looks delish! Definitely making this soon!
  • I use Zen Labs C210K trainer. It is exactly the same as their C25K trainer for the first part but continues to a 10K all in the same app. I'm loving it and I have somewhere to go after C25K. My intent is to increase speed and endurance from this.
  • I haven't made any yet but I know there's a recipe on Pamela's Products site too.
  • I like Red Bridge too. I don't drink it often though. I usually either drink vodka or ciders.

  • No. There is not gluten in milk products. You have to double check shredded cheese but I have yet to find a shredded cheese that had gluten in it. From what I understand, they used to use flour to keep it from sticking but now they usually use silicone dioxide or something like that.
  • My suggestion is to try W5D1 and see how it goes. You did make it through and the program is set up the way it is for a reason. Trust the process and move forward. If it doesn't work out then try it again. I say if you made it through then go forward. If not, then repeat that day. Don't move backward. People repeat weeks…
  • This is what I tell myself too! Only 2 reps! Easy peasy! LOL I did W3D3 yesterday and it was good! I finally went and got fitted and gait analyzed for shoes. The shoes I had were "running" shoes from Payless. I went to Dave's Running Shop and it was awesome. I was told I pronate my feet. I did know that because I'm in…
  • Welcome newbies! I just did W2D3 today so I'm not too far ahead of you. We can do this!! Love it!
  • Just officially registered for Run or Dye for August 10! Can't wait! I'll be totally done with c25k and working on speed by then! :flowerforyou:
  • I walk at 3.5 mph and run at 4.5 mph so it's just about the same as you. I'm not as concerned with speed yet. I will work on that once I'm done with the program. I don't want to injure myself or cause exhaustion.
  • The last time I started the program I felt good so I did W1 everyday for 5 days and then ended off for a few days with shin splints. No bueno.
  • A friend of mine did a Color Run last year and loved it. I'm pre-registered for Run or Dye in August and there is another similar one in September too. I'm excited to do it!!
  • I was supposed to do W1D3 today but I had to take my daughter to an appointment and then my little guy got out of school early and his friend came over to play after school. So I'm going tomorrow. I'm definitely going though so no worries there! I would do W2D1 when you're supposed to and see how you feel. You'll be…
  • Mine was W1D2 and I'm a little rough. My one knee was bugging me today. I have a brace that I think I'll wear Friday. Other than that, I'm feeling really good!
  • I'm all set to do W1D2 tomorrow! I'm looking forward to it. *gasp* :noway: If you want to add me as a friend, I promise to keep your butt in line! I'm good at that!
  • I started (again) today too! Count me in! We had the Glass City Marathon yesterday. I ran the 5k last year but not this year. :frown: I should have been there but I've been slacking so I didn't. There are several more 5ks that I want to do so I'm going to make sure I get through this!
