Congrats! I did it last summer and had a blast. Next month I'm doing a 10k mud run and then in July a 5k one.

Consignment shops, thrift stores, clearance racks at mall stores and your cheaper stores like Target. Get some basic pieces, especially pants, like black pants and brown pants and then you can change up the tops. The tops are easier to wear big than pants. And congrats! That's awesome!

Congratulations! You should be so proud of yourself.

I LOVE it. I've been using it for awhile and do it about 3-4 times a week.

I make my own. Not exactly low calorie, but full of flavor without all the added chemicals and junk. Everything I buy to go into it I buy organic. http://www.skinnymomskitchen.com/2012/01/23/homemade-french-vanilla-coffee-creamer/

As you know the best way is to use an HRM but you could also track strength training under cardio for a vague guide.

Honey, dijon mustard, sometimes some soy sauce or teriyaki and garlic.

I tried to cut the coffee out one day. I lasted about 20 minutes and gave up. :)

I don't do Insanity but I do some fairly high intense circuit training and I do in on the carpet barefoot.

SOMEONE has to be the worst. I want to ensure it's not me. ;) I do the same like the OP said. Funny how common it all is.

Today I had one with: orange frozen mango chunks banana spinach ground flaxseed greek yogurt (only 1/2 container) green tea Instead of yogurt sometimes I'll use quinoa.

I've learned to love them. I used to have fat legs but now with training I've made them almost solid muscle. And I'm proud of my thick legs. :)

No. I HATE exercising in the mornings. I've tried, it just doesn't work for me. Not that I can't, but I just don't enjoy it and don't push myself as hard as the evenings. I enjoy my workouts at night and push myself hard. Everyone is different.

Butter and salt (when I've got calories to burn) Butter spray (cooking spray) and Kernel Seasonings- I like nacho cheese best Butter spray and salt and vinegar seasoning from Target

Body Fitness is an app I use while at the gym to show detailed instructions on how to do a move. And no one needs to know what I'm looking at. ;)
-
I just unlocked a new workout on Nike Training app so I'll be doing that today. It's 45 minutes of yoga, pilates and kick boxing moves apparently.

This for sure. Many people lost shorts in the mud. Don't be one of them. LOL I didn't do anything specific to train. I worked on my running (I HATE running, still do) and did a lot of circuit training. It's a complete blast.
-
I do soy sauce, dijon mustard and sometimes a little honey.
-
I agree on having a trainer show you correct use so you don't hurt yourself. I went to a local gym that offered classes and signed up for their one week free trial. Sneaky, but effective.

I'm far from a doctor, but that's not anything I've heard of before. If you were limiting it, or ridding of carbs sure, this I haven't heard of.

I have more of a problem wearing flats than heels. I've always been a heel wearer. Today's shoes are 5" with a platform.

I workout in the evening, right after work and love it then. I thought I should workout in the mornings, but it was too hard and when I did, I didn't give any effort into it. In the evenings I'm enjoying my workouts, able to give 100% and it's best for me.

I change it up but a good stand by that works for all veggies is salt, pepper, garlic tossed with olive oil and roasted. Broccoli is good roasted with some parmesan cheese. I use different seasonings that I have, that are similar to Mrs Dash, to change things up.

It's the best and worst exercise ever. The burn would differ from person to person. 10 would be fairly accurate for me because when I'm working at 110% intensity, I'm burning about 100 calories every 10 minutes.

I've been drinking a couple cups daily for a few months now. I'm still not a fan, but it's easier to drink then it was. I drink it unsweetened and let it cool down a little bit and then drink it in one or two swigs.

Only when I work out. Plastic doesn't really go with the look I'm going for with regular watches. ;)
