I had to stop running recently due to illness but have just gotten started again this week. I'm trying to get my 5k time back up and work towards a 10k.... Half marathon when I'm feeling gutsy again. :P

I'm on day 14, level 2 (I skipped ahead with level 1 early, but I think I'll be sticking with 2 for a while, squats + raises are killer on my weak arms). Feel free to add me! It's definitely a work out at every level, so I'd be happy to encourage anyone who's getting started or wants to maintain working on the shred. :)

I've been flirting with veganism for a while but I think vegetarian is probably a safer bet. I'm working on moving back, but it's hard on a tight budget. (Yay for college student budgets.) Feel free to add me, any vegetarian/vegan people. I'm always up for swapping recipes (or recipe resources.)

I don't have any remarkable advice that's different. Usually I just drink looots of water and if I can try to get physically active since that usually functions as an appetite suppressant for me.

I'm 22 and was diagnosed with it when I was 20 (it'll be 2 years next month since I had the surgery to take my left ovary... and three cysts the size of tennis balls. Yikes!). My tentative goal is to lose my last 4 by Christmas, but if I can get it by the end of January I won't be too heart broken, haha. Then I'll be maintaining and toning. Here's to hoping I can make it in spite of all the Christmas goodies that will be heading my way, soon.

Wow. That is bizarre. What would make someone think that passing judgment on someone else at random/unsolicited is okay? Hopefully they'll leave you alone. (and anyone else they stumble across that they don't approve of.)

I think it's really important for you to not only to take the step back, but to realize that the step back was necessary. I think anything is possible as long as you're staying mindful of what you're doing and why, and wish you luck. :)

Both of these are so true. Moderation is key, and being aware of what you're consuming makes it way easier to ensure that you are practicing that moderation. ...Although it's hard to be moderated with people mentioning/describing all sorts of delicious things that I know are terrible for me. :P

8 or 8 1/2 for athletic/running shoes or 7 1/2 for heels/flats. I don't really know why my feet aren't consistent, they just aren't.
