I train 3x a week. The only time I've skipped workouts is when I was on holidays. And sometimes I go to the gym on holidays also I love it!0 -

I think that's the whole point - we all just need to get to a point where we're comfortable with ourselves!! Personally I've never been happier with myself BUT I know I still have a long way to go!!0

Go to youtube and check out P90X results. It mixes strength training with yoga and cardio. It will motivate you!!
I have just started this week and have lost 2lbs and 3% body fat. I will post some pics after a month.

For the ladies out there....I don't have pics, but I can share my experience with strength training. I started the Shin Ohtake Max Workout about 7 weeks ago. It focuses on weight lifting...and doing fast, but effective workouts. I have seen a HUGE difference in my tone. I actually like what I see when I look in the mirror. I just had my second child 7 months ago and I actually look better now then I did before my first child. I am a big believer in strength training...I have been doing a lot of research and that seems to be the way to go. The more lean muscle mass the higher your metabolism the more calories you burn without doing anything new. Check out some of Shin's workouts on u-tube and good luck.0
