Nope not taking it easier the rest of the day, have been keeping my activity levels pretty much the same, other than running, i do around 3.5 miles walking everyday (to and from work) and i work with kids so I'm on my feet pretty much all day, i do my running in the evening when i would otherwise be sitting down x

I want to lose about 1 stone, so quite near goal, I've not been eating back the calories from running but i am drinking a lot more water so i guess it could be that? Thank you for your replies, I'm really enjoying the running so I think it might be worth me focusing on that rather than the weight loss at the minute

I'd be interested to read everyone's thoughts as well, my 9yr old wants to do it with me, but I'm not sure how much running would be to much for her,

I use mfp for logging all of my food and fitbit just for my steps, I'm not sure why fitbit's telling you you've got so few calories though, is that just that today has been an inactive day?

I was told to do things that target your core, Pilates is supposed to be good, I'm not really sure to be honest, but I have the same problem so well be interested to read others advice x

the only reviews I could find on them were from companies promoting them, maybe I'll get them to use there money & buy me some new running shoes instead!

maybe mention to him that it would be nice if he commented on your weight loss/toning as your trying to be healthier & need a bit of support, if he's anything like my husband he probably hasnt said anything because he doesnt want to offend you he's probably thinking if he says " you look so much better now youve lost…

I'm not sure how much advice I can offer, but just wanted to say your height & goal weight is the same as mine, but your a lot closer than me x what exersise are you doing at the minute? I'm training for a 5mile run at the moment, so trying to focus on fitness rather than weight feel free to add me?

have requested you, I'm a full time mum to 3 girls, have a husband, 2 dogs & a part time job! choosing the right things can be difficult with so much going on the friends I have on here are all amazing, but would love some more x

well done! I like the scales a bit too much as well! I havent lost any lbs in ages but stuff is fitting looser, so I guess I should take your advice & take pics instead you look fantastic & your hard work is definatly showing xx although you look pretty good in the first pic too

I have these too! mine aren't as pretty though, I just stuck sticky labels on and wrote on them but its great to see the pounds being transferred over
