I use to tighten up my loose belly skin (3 kids will do that) during the summer bikini months, but now that I'm tightening up with exercise, it really doesn't seem to do anything. If it's a detox you are looking for, there are cheaper ways to do it...like a juice cleanse, and that's healthy.

The ONLY issue I have with big splurges like that are I feel sick afterwards. My body gets soooo used to not eating clean, that when I have a splurge day, I often end up sick. :/ I still do it on rare occasions though. I'm not going to say no to my kids delicious bday cake I make from scratch! lol

I am to the point where my "fun day meals" are still healthy! I eat even a crispy chicken sandwich and I feel so badly! Yay for healthy eating!

ALL OF THIS! I eat primal because my body freaks when I consume grains, period. I don't pretend it's the way for everyone, but lighten up on those who get something out of it. So basically, stop trolling.

I'm working on improving my time. I used to do a lot of 5k and 15k's but I moved to a VERY rural area and don't get to participate. That doesn't mean I'm not running on my treadmill and I have an adventure race in '14 I'm starting to train for!

I'm super into Sci-Fi and even some Fantasy. Star Wars, Star Trek and STtNG, Doctor Who, Battlestar G, Dune, LOtR, anything with vamps, and Supernatural. Actually most Joss Whedon. lol I'd love to do Cosplay, but funds are low for that.
