Healthy weight loss is between 1-2 pounds per week. If you were able to lose 2 lb/week for 17 weeks (119 days) the maximum amount of weight you would be losing in a healthy way is 34 pounds. To be realistic I'd look at settinng a goal between 17-34 pounds, maybe 25 pounds? That would allow you some leeway if some weeks are…

You are such an inspiration, especially since your my height, have the same starting weight and my goal is 130 lb. Thank you so much for posting your story and your pics - makes me feel like it's really achievable. Congrats on all of your success!

Awesome work! Like someone else posted I'm starting at a very close starting weight and have the same goal weight. It's really great to see someoe with the same stats who has come this far! Great work!

I break mine into 7-11, 11-15, 15-19, 19-23, 23-03, and 03-07. I work shift work so the times I eat are always different. I really like this way because it helps to identify my key hunger times (and the extra calories I tend to eat at night)

I spray mine with becel spray (5 sprays = 0 cals), and then add some Kernels Canadian Cheddar seasoning. The butter spray adds just the right about of moist to help the seasoning attach. I find when I don't add it the seasoning falls right off and is no where near as yummy

I always weight in on Wednesdays, in the morning, before I eat. I picked Wednesdays because it's the middle of the week, and allows me to get a few days in to recover if I've had a bad weekend.
