I'm 5'4" as well. I am trying to get back to 110lb or 115lb. I'm 122 now. My muscles are mainly all in my legs haha

Haha I ate 3 chocolate bars two days ago and just went to the gym and forced myself to run fast until I burned the calories that i wasn't supposed to have. When i used to be really thin, I'd eat pastries, but I did the same thing and was fine. So I suppose you can eat what you can if you can burn it off.

I eat late too. Maybe it's okay if it's just 100-200 calories if you have it to spare. They always say drinking water helps

You have to get the plain zero fat one and add tons of stuff to it. Then it's delicious. I used to make a chocolate strawberry parfait. It was so low in calories (like 150). I added splenda, 1/4 cup strawberries, and 1/4 cup of diet chocolate pudding.

I agree with everyone else. I ate whatever I wanted even pastries. I just made sure to keep it under 1000-1200 calories.

exactly, thats reallyyy cheap. alot of gym memberships are like 50-60 a month. i joined one with a friend. i hadnt worked out in two years at that point and it stopped being my thing. now i go 5 days a week. lol im cheap maybe and also i go when im bored

i agree. i like to browse through diet books but never buy them. im too lazy to really cook any of their recipes, or any recipe really lol. the okinawa diet seemed worth looking at

lol no...your max is 1200. if you go lower its better, you will lose it faster. if you eat more, it defeated the purpose of working out unless you want to bulk up or build definition with a slower loss
