Would anyone be interested in doing another miles challenge like we did over the summer? That really motivated me to walk/run more than I normally do. Maybe we can start on Saturday and end on Friday. If people are interested maybe we can aim for a total of 50 miles this week.

Hey group. So i hit my goal last week and decided that I want to try to maintain for a few weeks before trying to lose more weight. I have my goal set to .5 pounds a week and so I'll only need to add in 250 calories a day. I may try to phase in thos 250 calories over the next week or so.

I can see how maintaining would be difficult. I think my problem will be getting in extra calories from good sources and not going back to my old eating habits.

My weight this morning was 154.5. I'm really expecting it to go back up. We moved on Sunday and I've been unpacking and moving boxes around all week.

My weight this morning is 157.5. This is huge milestone for me because it means I am no longer obese. At only 5’1, I am still overweight but I can see getting into a healthy BMI or at least having a healthy body fat %.

I just started Turbofire. Today was my second day. I'm doing the Inferno plan workout schedule but not the meal plan. I'm loving it so far.

I really like some of The Firm dvds, Tae Bo and Jackie Warner dvds. Most of them are pretty easy to find at Target or Wal Mart.

Thanks. My weight loss isn’t really consistent week to week. Last week I changed my target from 1 pound a week to a ½ a pound a week so that I could eat more. My weight this morning was 161. I usually do workout dvd's during the week and then either use my treadmill or do dvd's on the weekend. My weight this morning was 163.6. I reset my goals to lose 1/2 a pound a week and lost a pound this week.

I'm at 164.6 this week. I had a really bad eating day on Sunday and tried all week to make up for it. I hosted a bbq and I didn't really keep track of what i was eating or drinking .
