My weight this week is 170. I''m not sure how I lost a little over 2 pounds this week. My goal now is to see 169 next week.

I love Billy Blanks DVDs. I just bought Turbo Jam (it's really old but it was only $20) off of Craigslist and I love that too.

You may want to look at Jackie Warner's DVD's. She does encourage using heavy weights.

Thanks. I didn't really think about updating my weight until my calories burned for my walk today seemed high. I went through to make sure I set it up correctly when I got it.

Thanks. I don't think my HRM has a fit test but I will keep adjust my weight every couple of pounds. I've only had it about a week and haven't lost that much weight since I set it up but since I'm trying to eat my exercise calories I want it to be right.

How is everyone doing so far? My weight this morning was 176.5. I switched up my workout routine a little this week by adding in a Jillian Michaels DVD. I plan on fitting that in next week too. My starting weight for this challenge is 178.1. I started the morning off by doing Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. It was a good cardio workout. My next goal is to get down to 160. I have a Proform in January at Sports Authority. Sorry, I don't remember the model. . I use it for running and/or walking about 3x a week and have been happy with it. The one I got was about $700 dollars or so. I looked at Craigslist but worried about transporting it.

I'm in. I have a 2 y/o daughter. I've lost about 45 pounds since March but still have a long way to go. I set my MFP goal at 160 just because it's easier for me to break it into smaller goals. I'll check in on Monday.

This is a really good idea. I am making chicken tacos tonight. I think i'll use a lettuce wrap instead of a tortilla shell. We also use the pre-mixed packets but I've started using half of the packet instead.
